Title: The case of the missing "L"
Post by: Puke on April 12, 2008, 09:58 PM NHFT
It seems we have an "L" theif amongst us!

SRQ Rebel, Caleb; you have been violated.  :o Dalebert could be next.
GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

I suspect Lloyd is gaining the L's.   :NinjaIconA:

I read about this on ew Rockwe.  It's yet another sign of the coming economic coapse.  First the price of oi spikes;  then god;  then the housing market coapses;  there are murmurings in Washington of giving the Fed even greater contro;  and then there's a run on "L's".

And, before ya know it one guy has every one of them. But, doesn't waste them in posts.

Mine went missing sometime yesterday :o

Is it just me, or is it an odd coinkydink that two of us are missing our rightful "l"s... while Lloyd suddenly gets to flaunt two more "l"s than he is entitled to... ?? hmmm

I noticed at one point the guy I was quoting (Caleb) suddenly didn't have an L. I thought I'd misread it before.

Koa, better watch out!

It's okay to save the ones you've earned for a rainy day... but taking them from others by force is wrong -- not to mention the fact that you had more of them to begin with than most of us. How pathetic of you!

Note that I am doing a pretty good job of keeping the rest of mine out of your reach, without compromising the message one bit. Deterrence is a far more effective method of combatting crime than enforcement! >:D 8)

Problem - Reaction - Solution

It wasn't Lloyd who stole my L! It was Menno! So he could create the panic, so we would all accept his Final Solution!

I won't be a part of it. I am going to get my L back on the black market.

This reminds me of one of those Jr. High things where they give each citizen 1 L, then some 'special' citizen gets all of the L's and they vote me off the island! :P

I say Release the L's!

I raided Menno's profile, and found a stash of L's. One of them was mine, because my L is implanted with a California State issued RFID chip that allowed me to establish its identity.

It appears this was Menno's villainy all along. His intention was to make money off of the crisis, and Llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllloyd was his scapegoat!  I sincerely apologize to Llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllloyd for the false accusation, and beg his forgiveness.

You clearly have a lower case "l" .... don't go buy a big L

I hear that Ian no longer needs his big L.  I'm sure he'd sell it cheap, it's got a lifetime warranty too.

(and let's not get into comparing l sizes, ok?  While some say the size of an l doesn't matter, if it's too short, it's more of an i, and if it's too long it's a |, and a L isn't the same thing, cause it's bent.)

I took one from Lloyd on another thread :cardinal:
