I'll draw whatever you want within reason. :icon_pirat: Keep in mind though that my price is based on a methodology of using a pre-drawn set of somewhat standardized body types with perhaps a few tweaks, scaling, and color changes, and focusing on drawing different heads. Vector graphics allows for a lot of re-use but if it gets much more elaborate, I may have to charge more. Like I said, I'm hoping to get faster at this, but at the moment it's still pretty time-consuming.

I was surprised by that too. I'm assuming it's the indexing you suggested. That's all I did to it. The larger image I used for the t-shirt images doesn't appear to show it. Maybe it's just high enough resolution.
UPDATE: I made a new image and tried it out and that does seem to be what's causing it. When I switch it to optimized 255 color indexed it gets pixelated.
Here's one without the indexing. A much bigger file but looks better.
Yeah, I think the indexing removes the ability to do eight-bit transparency.

I was wondering if it might be something about that. It doesn't seem to create that when there is a background color.
Landon, just to be on the safe side, I updated all the images in your store to not use that compression so they should be nice and clean now. I'll make a point not to use it in the future on anything with a transparent background which is most of the store items.
OK, this is a very minor problem that is easily addressed. When I'm generating images for web pages and such, they usually don't need to have transparency. In fact, not knowing what the background will be means they probably shouldn't. It's when printing on products where transparency can result in a much better final result, IMO. So this problem is easily addressed. I'll just create a white (usually) background for images I use and generate transparent backgrounds for products and not use the compression on images I upload to the store. Here's the compressed image of Landon's pic with a white background. Much smaller file but not noticeable loss of quality, IMO. It's also posted on my site (http://anarchyinyourhead.com/2008/04/23/visit-me-at-porcfest/) as a sample of what people can have done at Porcfest.

Oh ok. There must be a delay before I can see that an order went through. Honestly though, the only thing it should matter for is the mugs. I use a smaller image for those that's shaped for a mug so the image appears on both sides of the mug. All the other items like the shirts use a 3000 x 3000 resolution image, so detailed that it didn't even need to use anti-aliasing. I couldn't really see the effect in those images.
I would love to get my picture taken with the Anarchy Boogeyman. But I've always been kind of afraid of those festival caricaturists. I don't want to pay money to have my physical imperfections exaggerated for the amusement of others. :P Can we pay extra for a cuteness guarantee? :icon_pirat:

I'm so sorry for being behind. I'm getting one more out-of-towner done before I start on the locals and yours is next in line. I had to stop briefly to get today's comic done. I had to go and switch to a twice a week schedule for some reason. Good news is it's the fastest I ever did a strip. I think I did it in less than two hours.

I'm having some kind of buggy behavior with the new AIYH logo and it wasn't generating the right image so I had to continue with the old one for now. I updated Sandy's image with the old logo as well for the same reason.
