So now that I have a routine down, I figured I
could come back to the the Underground.
Staying away is more of a hindrance to my path then a help.
I miss the ability of being able to to tell Caleb to go screw himself. ;D
I helps with the stress level.
Update= well not as good as I would like, last week I lost no
weight. Despite the fact that it should not have been possible
calorie wise. I kept 1000 calories below what my needs for the
day based on even not getting out of bed. I should have lost 2lbs that
way, if the calorie in calorie out model was working.
Well at least I did not gain any thing.
Still smoking, though even less.
Still lifting light.
Still cleaning up crap. ( yeah I know, the amount of crap I have accumulated
is frightning.)
So I'M back, you poor bastards.
Yea!! PatK is back! :wav:
The weight thing is normal, make certain behaviors a lifestyle, and you will be okay, IMHO. I am heavy too, but I swear I will never yo yo on my weight. That has to be unhealthy. :-\
Glad to have you back, was kinda worried about you, with the radical changes you announced doing. Sometimes a radical change is good, just scary when it happens. :)

Don't forget what people said about lifting weights. Do you
feel better? For instance, do you find yourself a little less out of breath from some activities than you used to? That, IMHO, is a much better indicator of progress than weight.
Welcome back, PatK!
Don't do what I did to lose weight. I'm back to my high school weight - down 40 pounds - but weak as a toddler in some ways and a baby in others.

No! Having an aneurysm and stroke! Don't you dare go away from steam!
Speaking of which - Concord Steam is in the permitting process for building a new plant - including a 16MW steam turbine generator. That will allow them to basically run at capacity year-round. Are you looking for a job here within 2 years?
Yes I will be.
Glad you're back :D

Oh, BTW, Mark is prior Navy. I can't remember if Peter was or not but that is a plus in their eyes.
Place is thick with Pats
Hey, I don't know if this helps or hurts your weight-loss goals but the Busch brewery in Merrimack is also in the permitting process of building a steam cogen.
