Mike Cotu of the Citizens Alliance Against Creepy Politics says a state bureaucrat is facing court dates for allegedly harassing a family over generator use. This after massive ice storms left a third of New Hampshire without power.

I thought it was 2/3 of NH without power? Anyway, it was about 3 million folks in the Northeast and NH was the hardest hit in amount of people and percentage of households without power, I believe.
