Title: color coding?

What does the color coding of user names mean?

Looks like
red = administrator
blue = global moderator
green = ??

Also, shouldn't someone be designated Mr. Pink?   >:D

But Facilitator has way more posts than David, and David is green, and Facilitator isn't?
