I'd like to try it myself.  Thinkgeek.com sells it in dehydrated tablet form.  I haven't bought any because of the price.

They pulp it and hold it their mouths for 2 to 15 minutes.  The effect last for 15 to 120 minutes.

Some interesting comments there.
So it looks like there are no restrictions on buying and selling the berries, fresh or dehydrated, but if you add them to food, then the FDA doesn't like it.
