Ads by Google on the banner at the top of this site, click on them, it will assist in paying to keep the site running!
As a webmaster, I always do.
That said, the ads on BOTTOM are Google ads and they pay per click. That ads up top are Project Wonderful, and they pay for time. Clicking the BOTTOM ones help the site. :P
Correction, they appear to rotate between Google, Project Wonderful and "other" being non-ad agency plugs.
Just look for the google ones.... and click away.
