From porc 411 it sounds like Sam D. was arrested for traveling freely without government permission.

Sounds like an ambush to me. From what I could hear, it sounds like the officer stopped him because of a suspended license, meaning he knew it in advance. Even then, it took them about 45 minutes to actually verify the suspension.

Sam needs to get a Kingdom of Heaven driver's license.  It can NEVER be suspended!
