Rooms could be shared for as little as $300/month including everything.
The downstairs room in the bigger dome is 120 square feet and $450/month.
The large room in the smaller dome is 185 square feet and $550/month
The small room in the smaller dome is 140 square feet and $500/month
The copula loft space in the small dome is about 35 pentagonal square feet and $275/month.
All prices include use of the two shared kitchens, four shared bathrooms, and two person indoor hot tub as well as utilities and Comcast 25Mbps High Speed internet. I'll be in need of FRN's to start, but there will be the option for construction labor trades later on. The property is about 45minutes from Keene, 25 minutes from Concord and an hour from Grafton.
