It is doubtful that a circumcision would require an ambulance ride from Keene to Lebanon.

The problem is non life threatening.

Thank you. Sorry it took so long... been a roller coaster since Sunday.
I did get to 'legally' drive over 80 when I followed the ambulance. Apparently there was no special rush, the driver just liked to drive fast.
