His "Theft by Deception" video is even better for explaining the technicalities of the law. I was one of those accountant guys who didn't know the real story until just a few years ago. Now I haven't paid Federal Income Taxes since '98.
BTW Larkin Rose is moving to NH this next year...he just signed up this week. :)

Same here, Brian. I found it very disturbing. Just add up all the money you've ever paid in income tax and think that that amount was stolen from you by fraud.

Yea he constantly at war with those people. They try to say he is a tax scam artist for selling the videos. That is why he gives away the mini-cds now and has that website set up. :)

Thanks for the link, I was talking to Scott about taxes on saturday at the breakfast. I like the idea of this topic being discussed in open, but I hope nothing bad happens to the people who admit to following this idea, perhaps its better to save those admisissions for private discussion. On the other hand I would be greatly interested in the results of people who have followed this method, or another such as taxes are voluntary and not filed, or filed zeroes. For instance, does anyone know of any criminal prosecutions, or have any of you had to go to court yet to defend yourself, and how many people does the gov. actually contact. Feel free to send me a private message about it, thanks, Dan
I don't file 1040 forms anymore. They know all about me and don't send me any messages. I don't know if that is a normal experience. The state of California sent me a phony tax bill once, but I just threw it away. I haven't heard anything since. :)
Russelll, do you own a house or anything they could come after?
