Maybe someone should sue the State of NH and the City of Keene for kidnapping Russel.

Why is sueing always the recourse for people? I want to disengage from the system not benefit from it.

The government thugs won't come to a private arbitration because, in their minds, they have done nothing wrong and would consider it silly.

They would, however, come to a government arbitration in their own courts.

The catch there is that they have the advantage. And there's very little you can ask for in a government court that wouldn't violate a libertarian principle.

Filing the lawsuit was also a very quick way to get the entire story brought into the open.
Google & Yahoo have been saying it's better to do business in china and get as much information brought to the internet users as the government will allow through. NOW, there is a clear case being made that blocking sites and bloggers is not all the Chinese government is up to.

It's time for us, the consumers to get busy. Yahoo & Google need to put their foot down on one side of the line or the other. Making money by filtering info. is one thing - being a part of the torture & imprisonment of peaceful dissidents is another.

It just seems like the more we look to the system and government to issue or define justice we empower those same systems, that I wish personally to tear down.
