Several freestaters will be in attendance to educate Manchester citizens about the perils of implementing residency restrictions for sex offenders (http://newhampshireunderground.com/forum/index.php?topic=10211.0).
The town meeting will be held at Manchester City Hall on the third floor, at 16:00 on 2007-09-04. LaurieP will be speaking about the sex-offender issue, and we'll both be passing out handouts. The handouts are already on our website (http://cursor.eprci.com/) if anyone wants to see them.
