Well, of course graffiti isn't nice. I just liked what they had to say. I don't recall now which building it was on...maybe an insurance building or maybe the gov't office. It's on Winter St.
I believe it is on the backside of the UPS Store building. It has been up for a while now... so it seems whoever owns the building either doesn't know or doesn't care, or did it himself.
