He has got the right idea, but he does not understand the unwillingness of people to oppose the gov't.  He has the Ed Brown idea that if farmers arm themselves that people will flock to help him.  People may sympathise with the farmers, but armed revolution is a long way off.  Doing it prematurely may actually dely it even more. 
The other ideas are good though.  Putting money in swiss account, moving family overseas, then countinueing operations in the states are good examples of increasing the cost of enforcement for gov't.
