Gunsmiths Needed!
We are searching for employees to work at our Vermont location that are experienced with working on a variety of firearms, have a desire to learn, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment as part of a team, can meet established deadlines/goals, have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Having completed and graduated from an accredited Gunsmith program required.
We recognize that Gunsmiths are an integral part of making our Company successful.
Gunsmiths are responsible for:
Troubleshooting and repairing firearms returned by customers.
Assembling firearms of a difficult nature.
Fabricating tools and fixtures to add value and create efficiency.
Collaborating in production prototyping.
Inspecting first article samples from vendors.
Delivering customer service over the phone or in-person as directed.
Setting-up and programming NC milling machines.
Utilizing various precision measuring tools.
Completing all required documentation.
Help establish processes for new projects
Training others as directed.
