If no one wants to take over the FSP litter pick up in Peterborough, I'm going to tell the guy to cancel it, so they'll take down the signs. I can't keep doing it.

Someone would just have to take charge of the project. That person would set up the litter pick up and clean the roads 4x/year.

Peterborough IS where I live and as of today, I have a 1st 1000 new mover from Atlanta as a room mate.
