I thought this was pretty flippin' cool:

Very cool. They will probably end up arrested sued. :P
And they still have to pay taxes to maintain the park and that access road.
The old bugaboo of "Who will build the roads?" has two easy answers: 1) The business owners who need roads so their supplies and their customers can reach them; and 2) Property owners who want access to their homes and land.
Gee, it looks like the market has a way of taking care of needed infrastructure DESPITE the presence of an opressive regime that claims to be absolutely necessary for exactly such maintenance.
Gee, how shocking....NOT!
Kudos to the people involved with getting that road fixed! What a positive way to show that private enterprise is superior to government.
Nice find! I wish more people were like this. When we had the ice storm, I walked up/down my road and cleared as much debris from the road as I could.
