It makes me so mad that people don't see that politicians would rather put people in cages for not hurting anyone rather than help abused kids.

Then again............... maybe it is crap like this that will piss people off.
Literally, if this goes through, a young female who is being abused will have the following option:
1) Continue to get abused, tough it out; or
2) Go to jail.
