New Date for policeman with injured ankle
State v Lauren Canario
Hearing for disorderly conduct
28 June, 2010 1 pm
02 Sept, 2010 1 pm
08 Sept, 2010 1pm
December 1 2010 1PM
Nashua District Court
25 Walnut St
Nashua, NH
Events of the Nashua 420 during Liberty Forum will probably be brought up.
There will be no lawyer for the defense, so nobody's career is forfeit if unusual things happen.
So, how can we have fun with this?
The Monday after Porcfest.
Real live court action staring Lauren Canario.
so was this bumped from an earlier day?
do you think the thugs are ready?
Maybe we should stand in the way of any police cars coming to and from the court.
I'm thinking this will be the event with witnesses and evidence and such. I could be wrong.

The prosecution has requested a continuance, Officer Moriarty would like to go on vacation June 20-29.
You remember Moriarty, this guy...
Probably attending a Stasi reunion party.
Kind of funny how that is scheduled huh?
Like maybe they don't want to have it when a lot of
liberty folk will be around.

It's up to the judge. You can beg him not to grant one, if you're in a begging mood. Or he might be peeved at the prosecutor for some reason and not grant it, anyway. But usually, the good ol' boys take care of each other, and only laugh at you, even if you do beg (especially if you do beg?).

"Dear Judge,
"I would like to go on vacation June 20, 2010 until June 29, 2900, and request that this matter be delayed until my return.
"Lauren Canario"
maybe i should try that in the future
ask them to not have any court proceedings for a year or so, that way I could get some important stuph done :)
New date for this, cop had to go on vacation.
Now it's in 2 Sep
do they realize they are leaving a dangerous criminal loose until then?

Left unattended Lauren may stand some where and not do or say anything.
Q the horror music.
it gets really funny when you think about the trials they want to hold
the serious conversations they will have in the courtroom
the orders they bark at you when you were standing near the cop car
the dogs they turn on you
the silly things the thugs say like
you don't have anything you shouldn't have ... do you?
put your hands behind your back
we would just like to talk with you at the police station
all rise for the honorable blah blah blah
New date again, 8 Sept 2010, 1pm.
is this the one in Nashua?

I wish you guys would start getting arrested closer to Grafton.
Lloyd wants us to do CD in Grafton! Remember, you heard it here first!

He said "closer," not "in."
Maybe he wants you guys to get arrested in Danbury and Canaan? ;D

Guess what! Continued again. Police hurt ankle and can't ... take an elevator to the courtroom? This is even sillier than I thought it would get.

You're just insensitive. It's hard to intimidate the masses while limping. And you wouldn't want him to have to appear in front of his victims without proper "presence." Just imagine the horrible, mind-numbing pain his ego would suffer! :o
Joe
Gonna be a 500 mile trial, or series of continuances.
You'd think with all the paperwork being shuffled around in the courtroom by people trying to look really officious, that the judge and prosecutor would have been able to look in a folder and find out how many times this has been continued. The prosecutor tried to say it was only once.
I thought this was pretty funny...you know how they say that when someone is about to lie, they blink a lot? Well, I was watching one of the prosecutors sitting in front of us. She was just sitting there, not saying or doing anything, but she was blinking like crazy. lol I guess when you know you're going to be lying, the reflex to blink kicks in early. ;D (Either that or she wears contacts...but I much prefer my theory! )
Dec. 1st...maybe I can attend that one.
endless delays on their part doesn't make them look good
How many times has this been postponed?
4 times.
...Meanwhile Lauren's criminal mind schemed other atrocities to commit during her respite. ;D
She's a very bad person. Do you realize she:
Stood in stairs
Sat in front of a house
Drove a car
Stood in an office
Was quiet
Definitely a menace to society. ::)
They all move away from her on the Group W Bench!
Huh?

And I, I walked over to the, to the bench there, and there is, Group W's
where they put you if you may not be moral enough to join the army after
committing your special crime, and there was all kinds of mean nasty ugly
looking people on the bench there. Mother rapers. Father stabbers. Father
rapers! Father rapers sitting right there on the bench next to me! And
they was mean and nasty and ugly and horrible crime-type guys sitting on the
bench next to me. And the meanest, ugliest, nastiest one, the meanest
father raper of them all, was coming over to me and he was mean 'n' ugly
'n' nasty 'n' horrible and all kind of things and he sat down next to me
and said, "Kid, whad'ya get?" I said, "I didn't get nothing, I had to pay
$50 and pick up the garbage." He said, "What were you arrested for, kid?"
And I said, "Littering." And they all moved away from me on the bench
there, and the hairy eyeball and all kinds of mean nasty things, till I
said, "And creating a nuisance." And they all came back, shook my hand,
and we had a great time on the bench, talkin about crime, mother stabbing,
father raping, all kinds of groovy things that we was talking about on the
bench. And everything was fine, we was smoking cigarettes and all kinds of
things,

It's located on a nutty street, that figures.
Much of NH government works out of Fruit St. in Concord.
Good luck today Lauren. Hope somebody can give us a positive update later.
i wonder what they will want to do to her
Lauren found guilty, fined $1200, all suspended, so she's free!
Hooray! No lawyer, no jail and only a few drab hours of hanging with the public servants.
Only the two plain clothes police MacIssac and Difava were brought up as witnesses, no other evidence. They testified I was one of those who stood in front of their car. I asked "Could you have backed away from the obstruction?" Driver answered," I didn't even look behind us." I testified to mention that there were 100 white people there and they only arrested a teenage black man. Which is why I got angry and blocked the car for two minutes. So, the judge Bambauer decided I needed punishment: a $1200 fine, all suspended if I exhibit good behavior for the next year. I thought I was exhibiting good behavior.
Good news.
Just wondering how good behavior is defined by the court and if it is a "standard" term or flexible to the individual. I'll assume no arrests, but are you still able to hang out with the cool kids at protests and such?
Yes, I also assume an angry judge or prosecutor or cop could unsuspend the fine at any time for any reason. Even if I obey all commands and pay all demands for a year I may still get the penalty. So I might as well continue living up to my standards, then I may go to jail, but I won't have the added misery of regretting my own sell-out behavior.
Maybe later I'll calculate that I must avoid any damage, but right now I'm feeling like I have full health and armor. :Dragon_Ball_emoticon_by_Wereg
Glad you got to home Lauren. ;D ;D ;D ;D
so far none of our friends have been dinged on the good behaviour clauses or probation .... as far as i can remember

ONCE you are ARRAIGNED, you can DEMAND a SPEEDY trial !!!!
(read the charges and asked for a plea)
//
not sure if you want this case rushed or to die a slow death or ....
YOU can WITHDRAW a speedy trial waiver at anytime.
//
then you can be CONVICTED
then they will SENTENCE you
after the court realizes that you will NOT PAY
they will SUSPEND THE SENTENCE
then you WIN
