After almost 5 years of searching we've finally found and bought our NH home. In North Newport. Papers were signed and money changed hands Wednesday so it's officially ours http://nhunderground.com/forum/Smileys/classic/grin.gif (http://nhunderground.com/forum/Smileys/classic/grin.gif) ! Need to change our username now.
Still have to sell our other home here in CT. Realtor advises us to get it on the market ASAP, so we're shooting for this coming week to catch the remainder of the summer market.
The moving has begun, we're fortunate not to have to rush but we need to be established here by end of August for the start of school.
Have started setting up phone service and mail. Trying to find a decent internet provider.
We're really, really glad to finally be here.

We also just sold our CT house. I made my new home in Grafton.
have you visited the Bardo gang yet?
Wow. Such a small world. Or maybe destiny. Four years ago we stayed at the Rosewood Inn in Bradford. Among other things we looked at two properties, one of which was up Forehand Rd. in Croydon. Must have been near the Bardo Farm.
Will have to look them up (at the Newport Farmers Market?). As well as being neighbors now they're experimenting with wood gassifiers, a subject of extreme interest!
