HOSTING DYNAMIC SHOOTER AID 2 WITH MAGPUL DYNAMICS
EPPING, NH (August 10, 2010) - The world renowned SIG SAUER Academy, located in Epping, New Hampshire, will be offering the Dynamic Shooter Aid 2 with Magpul Dynamics course to be held September 2-4th, 2010. In this class you will learn the importance of having the proper Combat Mindset, as well as the physiological and psychological reactions to environmental stress. Proper emergency medical dialect, such as 911 pro to col, cooperation with LE, Fire, EMS and First Responders will also be taught.
The course will also include, but is not limited to :
· Basic Ana to my and Physiology of life-sustaining systems
· Basic first aid and advanced wound care (application of bandages, hemostatic agents & to urniquets)
· Basic and advanced airway management
· H, A, B, C's - Hemorrhage, Airway, Breathing, Circulation
· Breakdown and usage of Individual Med Kit Components
· Moving and positioning victims with various injuries
· Response to hyper-violent shooter situation
· Proper use of cover and cover vs. concealment
· Casualty recovery in an Active Shooter situation
· Mass casualty triage procedure

Prerequisites: Active / Reserve Mil / LEO or graduate of credible firearms manipulation course (Magpul Dynamics, VTAC, LAV, Trident Concepts, SIG SAUER Academy advanced/ instruc to r course).
