The Master bedroom is free with a rent of $400 plus an even share of oil and electric. The smaller bedroom should become free very soon with a rent of $300 plus a share of oil and electric. The smaller room has a basic wardrobe but no closet. Both rooms currently have single beds which can be removed if you prefer and some basic furnishings which are also removable. Wifi, water, garbage removal, and sewer are included, though oil is used to heat water. There is one off-street parking space per roommate. There is also washer and dryer available. We have a dishwasher, but it needs some minor repairs at the moment so is temporarily unavailable.
The house is fairly secluded about 4 miles outside Keene. We throw a bonfire party about once a month when weather permits.
All roommates need to approve of any new roommates.
