Title: NH "Top 10 Greenest"

What do you make of this:  New Hampshire is now ranked "top ten" on Greenopia's 2010 Greenest States List.

Is that a good thing?  The first things that come into my mind are dim lighting, stingy short showers, and recycling rules up the wazoo.

Well I would not automatically assume "green" to be a good thing under the current definitions either.  But in this case only one of the metrics listed in the narrative appeared to be related to "progressive government policies."  The rest seemed like they had more to do with actual quality of the environment or culture.
