Somebody who doesn't actually live at an address has mail delivered there which is held for them for a fee.

Sure he's old... but how did he know it was the DMV instead of say... the Registry of Motor Vehicles, which would tell us that Projectinel is familiar with Massaholess or maybe the UK (Unicorn Kingdom).

People have stayed here and I still get their mail.
