For two months I have told Don that we neeeeed (those with children know that word) to go to Florida this February. He says it is too busy a month for him to take off in February.
Yesterday, he is told that there will be a company retreat in Florida in February......no spouses. :P

Well, your boss and day to day work environment counts way more than some corporate decree once a year. You can't get much more family friendly than working from home every day.
I didn't know he was working at home every day. I was thinking it was infrequent. Thanks for putting it in perspective.
