Walking distance to downtown, good (if republican) roommates. No off-street parking, so I wouldn't want to be there during a snow emergency.
I was the second Free Stater to stay there, the first was a bit of a gun nut. I think he was happy to find out that there are calmer heads in the FSP. He's a good conversationalist, and an excellent cook.
