A friend, born an raised Grafton guy, who is a member, regular attendee, and supporter of Peaceful Assembly Church asked me to post this here:

On Slab city road, within a stones throw of Hoyt Farm.
Nice land, over 300 feet of road frontage.
Good for camp, future cabin, or RV getaway.
