It's time to select recipients for 2012. Y'all want to get together or otherwise find some way to decide? I'll get you an update on how much money we have and let you know how many scholarships we can do this year. I can send out checks from the road.

So we have $1524.03 in checking, and $425.46 in paypal for a total of $1950.49
So I guess 3 $500 scholarships unless we come up with another $50.
Oh well, nevermind, call it 4 scholarships.
Another question: Should we keep doing this next year?
we've got some (3 so far) new volunteers
i'm thinking i should meet with them very soon and see about handing responsibilities to them - if that makes sense.
