I'm trying to provide info for those smart people that haven't been sucked into FB. To that end I'm looking to see if I can grab a/n RSS feed from this sub-forum to post in a widget on our LRP WordPress site. I'm not fully familiar with Simple Machines and WordPress so anyone with familiarity that can help guide me, please jump in.
Do you have a preferred WP widget for grabbing feeds?

It looks like what I want to do requires that RSS feeds in Simple Machines needs to be turned on. The best I can tell is that it is not configured here. Has this ever been considered? There is the possibility that I know nothing of which I speak :)

I still use a newsreader, but most sites don't bother with a feed these days.
Thunderbird mail also does feeds. It's nice to have in one place. I'm sure everyone easily found our feed for LRP at: http://lakesregionporcupines.com/wp/?feed=rss2
You may notice, I comment above the 'quote'. The blurb put out from the Underground is pretty limited so most times on replies it will not get past the quoted part. Then I have to decide if I what to go see the full thread.

I use NetNewsWire. I add the root URL, it finds the feed, and lets me subscribe. In the case of LRP, it offered me both feeds, but I declined the comments feed.
