Title: How much would it cost to remove and reinstall these plants?

They would need to be out of the ground 30 days, in April.

Nothing if you do it yourself.  I worked for a landscaper 40 years ago and the key was to excavate and burlap wrap the whole root "ball" without breaking it.  It might behoove you to find a knowledgeable gardener to tell you about how big to expect each ball to be to guide you in your excavations.

Probably a couple of hours, if the roots aren't too bad to deal with.

2 hours out and 2 hours back in?

Probably back in faster than the digging out and putting them in the shade. But, as you know I'm not that good a estimating. But I am flexible to keep folks happy and feeling like they got their moneys worth.
