Porcfest has some much-needed, decentralized competition!

seemed like anytime any of us tried to decentralize porcfest or other things .... guys were determined to centralize them.
Really hard to do when you have politicians involved and from opposing parties. :)
I was involved in the Porcfest where we moved to Gunstock. The manager was very cool with anything we wanted to do.
When the subject of foodservice came up, he said that whatever we did down in the bottom field he didn't need to know about or care. Varin, Seth, and I looked at each other and smiled.
by the time of the event Goldburg had contacted the local town government and everyone it seemed had to have a permit to sell anything anywhere. talk about looking for trouble.
It is like the only way to plan an event, is tell each other what day we are meeting somewhere. :)
