Will I/We have to sue the U.S. to get all the social security taxes they've taken from me/us? Or will they send them to me anyway when I turn 67?
Maybe I would just cut my losses and run!
If you're under 40, you'll never see it anyway. And even if you're close to SS age, you'll never get back what you paid in.
It's a write-off either way. Lose it in freedom, or lose it in slavery. Give me freedom.

They can keep it all. Would any other common street thug give you the money back they stole from you? Let's just leave them alone and vow to never give them another dime.
No way they give your SS money back.
When NH secedes ..... I vow to not assassinate Lynch the Governor.
The SS money is gone. Do you think Lynch is still gonna be governor in 2099?
No
Perhaps you are referring to one of his grandchildren, then. ;D
When I fought draft registration in 1980, my sign read: End The Selective Slavery Service.
Social Security is a voluntary retirement program.
When you contract yourself into it, you should be aware that your payoff is not guaranteed.
It doesn't seem very voluntary when your employer takes it from you.
