That's just sick.
Goes to show you that private landowners are much more capible of protecting the environment then government AND government is all about destroying things.
They don't need a new jail. They need to repeal 3/4 of the laws that put peacefull citizens in jail.
And tell the college to pay for it's own property. If it's really a good college, it can make the money from tuitions or donations.
I smell a KFP artical.
If I have time, I might do a letter to the editor myself.
