Place is famous. Governor Avery Winters might, someday, designate it as a Porcupine Historical Sight. Buy now, while it's cheap!

Yeah when Jane invited me to sleep over
I was excited, till I found out it was a chair on
the porch, so I could act as a bug magnet. ;D

Hey here is the picture as proof...after I woke you up to see if you were OK.. ;D
The first night was buggy, but the second night we figure out what to do about it... you should have seen the size and number of bugs I had to sweep up INSIDE the darn place the next day! I had to do it before I could sleep that night.... LOL

I won't buy property on rental land, because I have no intention of paying the prop. tax. >:D But, I have been in the house, and it appears to have been well maintained.
Russell was thinking something like $3000-$4000 down and $1000/month.
We really need to sell this now. The financing we were willing to accept for fellow porcupines was $2000 down and $500/month. Really good deal for someone wanting in to NH cheap. You do need good credit since the mobile home park does a credit check (unless you plan to move the house).
If there's a porcupine who can pass the credit check from the park, I'll let this mobile home go for $10,000. We can finance it, i.e. accept payments.

I already have a place to live, but that looks like a steal to me.
Have you considered renting it to a couple or small family?
That's what I was trying to do last year, but they won't let me sublet it.
What's the status on the home? Still for sale @ 10,000?
Yes, no one has given me a downpayment on it.
Here are a couple photos
You may want to change the subject line. It still says $20k.
If it's still for sale, I'm interested in it.
I will let Kat know.
You can visit next Sunday I would guess.
Sunday would work. Are you in state?
