Hi! I am new to the forum and newer to New Hampshire (we moved last August). Not part of the FSP but libertarian... Our move was job/career related.
So, I am in need of some liberty minded friends. Since I have two little ones (3 years and 1 year) most of my time (and thoughts) revolve around kids. Are there any moms or dads who are at home during the day who would like to get together occasionally with the kids? We are in Concord but I don't mind driving a bit (< 1 hour) for some fun activities.
Denise and I live in Northwood, which is about 15-20 minutes east of Concord. Our son Kaelan is just a bit over five months old. I know she's interested in meeting with local moms, so I'll make sure to mention this thread to her.

I have a 9 month old son (Cole) and one on the way. I'm also in Manchester, and probably the friend Rosie talked about dragging along! I'm a stay at home mom...so anytime your free let me know. I can also come up to Concord (especially for Moose ice cream!). I'd love to meet more liberty minded moms. I moved at the end of October, and am anxious to meet new people. My kids are older (15 & 18), but we live just under an hour's drive north of you on the road to Waterville Valley. It's beautiful up here - lakes/ponds, walking/hiking trails, children's theatre, great recreation programs for tots - and I'd be willing to show you around and talk mommy stuff. I went there twice this past week. We helped the baby steer back into the pen after it escaped. :)

I haven't yet bought ice crem at cool moose but my husband has brought some desserts home..I like the chocolate covered s'more... And that car is pretty cool. I just saw my first real moose (actually four of them!) a couple of weeks ago in Maine. They are big.

OK, so don't kill me...but due to pregnancy brain I completely forgot that I will be out of town the 7th-14th! AUUGGGHH. My son and I are visiting my parents in California, and trying to cheer my mom up as my grandmother just passed on Monday. So I will miss the play date! Don't postpone on my account, I will try and meet up after that.
Kate, unfortunately, that means I won't make the meeting on the 10th...why is everything planned for the one week I'll be away? :-[
Caren's planning to designate our campsite during PorcFest as a place where folks with young kids can hang out - we'll have an RV to make potty trips easier. Site B-12, if I'm remembering correctly.

If you meet up in the Concord Area... white park is a great place for the kids to run around in. The playground there is pretty cool.

I just caught this link, I wish I caught it sooner. I would like to meet up with you all with my Toddler on the 13th as well if it is okay? I am a stay-at-home Free State Mom too. I too am desperate to meet other Mom's with young tots. I have only run into socialist near me.
Just so you all know anyone willing to road trip for play dates can come out to Croydon. We have 4 acres, a lake near by, a trampoline, tons of toys and a big house to play in as well.

I am happy to stroke egos as long as they pay me to do it ;) Really it was to quickly re-assess our summer budgets and schedules based on an employee leaving....luckily not to much ego stroking....just good old business management 101.
We have a 22 month old daughter, a 4 year old daughter, and a 5 year old son. We're in Somersworth, so if anyone's in the seacoast area, we would like to get together for a play date sometime.
And Faith is extra, extra cute. :)
