completely ridiculous.

Theres no reason to not have a private organization matching up non-smokers with non-smoking apartments, and that doesn't seem it would really cost anything to run or have any government involvement.

smoking inside is gross, and a lot of smokers don't do it at all.

My parents own a lot of properties and don't allow tenants to smoke inside for a variety of reasons but certainly don't want the government telling them whether they can or can't allow smoking in their rentals.
