room for rent? possible...

Hey guys,
I have a huge house in merrimack im renting RIGHT off rte 3 highway.  Its 3 bedrooms finished could be 5 bed rooms if they were finished off.  
2 living rooms (1 is empty), a dining room, monster kitchen, 2 fridges if needed, ac, no cable. huge bathroom 2 sinks,washer and dryer, dishwasher, sun room where weights are for working out.
Yard is HUGE! 5 acres? or so... I have a garden, apple trees, 2 car garage I use for tinkering. on cars, motorcycles, etc... welder, all kinds of tools. Guy stuff. Im 30 going on 20 yrs old.   and Drifting cars is my life/style. Im a car guy.

Room is $500 month up front. includes heat hot water lights etc. you just need to get your own food, and what not.
Id like to meet person and have a few drinks? coffee? and what not.  My house is fine to met at I guess?
Im open to women and men, of course a nice Cute Single Liberty Angel would be super.    
Well I hope I can find a nice roommate for a few months.
