Summary: Some Republicans who crossed party lines to vote for Hillary may be felons. If they're not "sincere" about supporting the Democrat party. They passed a law to punish insincerity. I think this is just yet another example to show how FUCKED up the whole notion of voting for leaders is. They fabricated this bizarre game that's just ripe for corruption and now they act surprised when people do stuph like this.
