How 'bout them Hogs?

;D

Of course, that will probably be our last win of the tournament.

Caleb

Congrats on your win, kb!  :)

but you should know, although i am enrolling at IU, my basketball loyalties are with Purdue. Bob Knight pretty much soured me on the hurryin' hoosiers forever. although i hate them less than i used to now that he's gone. we have a saying back home, "My two favorite teams are Purdue, and whoever's playing IU"  8)

Nothing wrong with rooting for Purdue.

What do you think about Butler? I like rooting for small schools.

I have a little bias against all Indy schools, since Indy State in '78. And then IU won in '79, with that ugly-ass hick from French Lick.

Not that I'm bitter. Thirty years later. Not at all.

For the record, I hate NBA. Most boring sport on earth, because they're just too good; they just run back and forth and score, and the rules are "loose", to put it mildly (I learned to not travel or turn over the ball in 5th grade; NBA gets a freebie on the basics).

NCAA basketball is great to watch, because you never know what's going to happen. There's just so much emotion. The single-elimination system can seem unfair, but it it helps keep everyone focused that it comes down to this one game!

Caleb

I really like Butler. The Bulldogs! Of course I'll root for them. And Ball State. Indiana State. Any of the small schools that do well, I'll root for. I had a friend that went to Butler. Very expensive school.

Puke

Whooooo, pig suey, etc!

KBCraig

I hoped they'd at least keep it within 30 points.

Caleb

yeah, my team is out too, kb.  :(

oh well, there's always next year, right?  :occasion14:
