That's nice of you to be concerned about posting some thing you might be sorry for but when  I posted that I was quitting everyone was so nice and said they wouldn't take anything personal. 

I tried that Nicocure stuff that's supposed to be really great in helping people quit but it didn't help me so I'm still smoking too. :(  It is hard); did you ever try Allen Carr's book?  It's supposed to have helped a lot of people just quit, cold turkey. :-\

Good luck and I hope everything keeps getting better for you! ;D
