8 federal parolees caught using urinator

recently there was a crack down at the federal parole office in manchester. I was told that when reporting to the fed. parole office they were strip searching parolees and found 8 people using the urinator ( a device strapped to your body to produce a clean urine sample) . which means 8 people were violated because they chose to use illegal drugs to help get through their day. LEGALIZE IT! Imagine having the job of making sure if its a real penis or a urinator.
