Has it ever occured to you that some, maybe many of them are 100% innocent of the crimes they are being accused of?  There is a reason the gov't isn't bringing them to court.  Which is odd, because they are kangaroo courts in the first place.  They keep saying they lose the evidence.  Bullshit.  If the soldiers in the military saw them commiting a crime, they can testify to that effect, in court. 
Harming innocent people is a crime, the USA is and has been guilty of this for a long time. 
Further, why should this country become as bad as them?  The gov't has imprisoned children as young as 12.

All the politicians and armchair generals who hoot and holler about how this is not torture, would be extremely pissed if any of the above list was done to them.  They would self rightously demand it to end because they are innocent, or because they have 'rights'.
