I have the following items for sale. All are "Like New" condition, unless otherwise specified! I need to sell some of my crap before moving to NH, and I'm tired of getting banned from/having to pay high list fees at eBay. A few of them are for sale on Amazon, but most aren't since you can only sell items Amazon has in its catalog.

On Amazon: (see http://www.amazon.com/gp/shops/index.html?ie=UTF8&sellerID=A37L1HAHH2HDH6)

*Patriot Ddr 1GB CL2.5 PC-2700 Non-ecc Unbuffered Dimm
*Antec TruePower TPII380 380-Watt Power Supply with 120mm Fan
*WD Caviar WD400BB - Hard drive - 40 GB - internal - 3.5" - ATA-100 - 7200 rpm (I also have some other ATA100 HDs of much higher capacity if someone really wants them. I didn't list right away because they are a pain to take out of the chassis.)

Not on Amazon: (Please let me know of any good online sales/auction sites I should check out. I loved Liberty-Auctions.com but it died about a year ago.)

*Copper HSF with heatpipes for AMD Athlon/AthlonXP and Intel P4 CPUs. It's effective, and not too loud. Also it's a big hunk of copper if you'd like it for that reason.
*Athlon 800 MHz CPU. I overclocked it to 1GHz back in the day. It doesn't have any packaging though it operates, believe it or not. If someone wants to buy this for shipping cost, have at it.
*1 pair of like-new black Century boxing gloves. They haven't been used, at least not by me, and they are in perfect condition.
*Small drum. I'm not a music person so I don't know what kind of drum it is exactly but it's double sided, and cylindrical. Think of it like a symetrical djimbe.
*Graduation plush dog and "Congrats Grad" cup. I got this from my mom for some reason when I graduated HS 4 years ago. Now I'm done w/ college, so I really don't need it. Do you know someone special in your life who does, or will in the relatively near future?
*One brass book-end styled after a Japanese Torii gate. The other is around somewhere, I just don't know precisely yet...
*A two-piece copper garden decoration set, including a sun shaped wind-chime like thing and one of those copper coil-with-glass-ball sculptures.
*Silver colored aluminum/steel desk lamp with bendy neck and pencil-holder. It's a good fixture, but I have another and only need one.

I have/will have pics of all these items soon, especially if someone shows interest in any of them ;)

One word: craigslist   :)

I've had great luck getting rid of unwanted items that way.

I could sure use an ATA-100 120GB drive, plus one or two others of 100+GB capacity (preferably a matching pair, but a single would do).

The 120 is the max size my old B&W Mac will recognize, and I want to mirror my current 120. The other(s) will go in an x86 box running Ubuntu, which currently only has a 40GB. It's fine for running the OS and internet use, but I'd like to try video and other apps on it.

Whenever you get time to break them out, either list them or shoot me a PM.

I've tried shopping craigslist (no relation!), but I haven't had any luck locally. The only interesting deals listed in my city are "too good to be true", and I suspect they're not true at all. Twice I've responded to great deals on nearly-new Macs (less than a year old). Both times they specifically listed this city in the description, but the replies (from different addresses) sounded suspiciously similar: "I'm at school in London now..."

Yeah.  ::)

I'm not willing to risk money on anything other than a face-to-face deal off of craigslist. Seems like a sure loss to me.

Yeah, I don't blame 'ya there.  Strange that our experiences with craigslist have been so different though.  I've never bought anything on craigslist, but I've sold hundreds of dollars worth of what I considered to be "junk" while I was clearing out my house, and all the transactions were smooth and easy.

Do you live in a fairly small city?  I lived in a large metropolitan area where craigslist had a massive number of users, so maybe craigslist requires a critical mass of population before it starts to work well.  All I know is that half my friends used craigslist constantly to get rid of stuff and pick up some screaming deals.  I know people who have used craigslist to obtain housing, buy and sell cars, and find jobs.  Bad transactions were few and far between.

Agreed fully!  The only thing I can think of that went wrong on a craigslist purchase I know about, is a friend who tried buying an item that needed to be shipped.  The item arrived damaged, the seller played hard-to-reach for months, and it took a letter from an attorney threatening small claims court to get the matter sorted out.

craigslist works here and in powerpenguins locations

I'm in San Diego right now. I don't know if I'd trust buying anything off of craigslist (their jobs postings looked really shady when I went to the site earlier this month at least), but some people swear by it (in Portland, OR at least). It's worth a try. Has anyone here used Amazon zShops (auctions)? If so, how does it compare? I've bought/sold through zShops but never CL.
