I bought a couple of bars of silver from NWTM also. I will say it took awhile to get the product but all of it arrived and in excellent condition. The silver I did buy was less then 50 ounces and was through their online store, if you are buying more the 50 ounces they have a different process and you get a better price. I cannot comment on that process but I would suspect it would be similar to the online store and getting the product might take some time.

APMEX still has silver available, and delivery has never been a problem for me.  They claim to wait 10 days on a personal check, but they always seem to ship in about half that time.  It's typically around 2.5 weeks between ordering and receiving the package.  If you pay with a credit card there's a higher premium, but you'll receive your order in about half the time.
