From many of the replies there, the cops didn't like it.

wonder if you could get away with this in NH..

John Edward Mercier

Under the same circumstances... I'm pretty sure you could.

Giggan

Definitely, he was violating the rules of private property. I wonder how tow companies would respond to an illegally parked officer though...

What about UPS and U.S. Postal Service vehicles either dropping off packages of private mail or picking it up from the corner drop-off box?  They're exempt from illegal parking? And so the COPs thought to go for equal rights?

Yes- ticket them is right! And even more so here in New Hampshire per our common law right to even take them to criminal court, but limited to a Class B misdemeanor of a fine-only conviction, thus no jail time.

click on my Archives here for my Reply #____ in the Ed & Elaine Brown vs the evil IRS for my posting about taking those Strafford County Sheriff's Office Deputies to Dover District Court for simple assault resulting in the corporate kidnapping; me also seeking a non-jailable offense of a Class A felony against the County too for a Presentment by the Grand Jury on Friday, August 15th, since they meet the third Friday of every month.

Note: that this assault to kidnap is for taking inmate Danny Riley across state lines from N.H. to Maine in violation of 18 USC 3232 as reported about in detail over at:

Sorry, I forgot to add in the word "respectfully" per the "or" word.

UPS = United Parcel Service BTW for those hooked onto the gov't plan.  :icon_pirat:

Wow, that is unsequitore and yet funny.

Down here in the south we don't dare do that. Cops in the south are racist and biased. Black and White both.

Law enforcement in the US is a government program so I wouldn't expect something like I just saw.
Just like I wouldn't expect good medicines from the FDA; another government program.

Considering the possibilities, doing something like this down in SC is pretty stupid, but maybe me and my group will try it. I find it funny how cops arrest people for doing drugs down here, but cops do it too and they are not reprimanded. God, the government is such a joke.
