anyone know the case name that stated it ok to film and photograph police as long as you dont interfere?

That's not a Supreme Court decision; it's from a U.S. District Court, which doesn't cover New Hampshire. We still have enforced wiretapping laws on the books here; RSA 570-A. The Legislature refuses to change it, so maybe we need our own test case...

yeah i saw that after i read it, but still could be used to sway a court. In GA you only need the consent of yourself to film or audio record in public
