I've seen this several times now and I don't know what it is.

Why are there some words with # in front of them? Like #fsp in the thread title.
What's up with that?

It's a hash tag that helps people search for topics or trends.

@'s are messages directed towards another user, usually in response to something they tweeted (but available for all to see.) Twitter notifies you of the @-replies made towards you, which in your case are those tweets that include @Puke005
