THIS horse is certainly having a night-MARE.

Jason Harschbarger heard his horse making noises on the hill above his home and found horse Gracie a bit tied-up.

The filly had to be cut free with a chainsaw after getting her head stuck in a TREE in Pullman, West Virginia, US.

Mr Harschbarger, who took this snap before cutting the tree, said she escaped with only minor injuries.

He said: "She has a few cuts on her face and ear.

"Last I heard her jaw was a little dislocated but I think it is healing up and she can eat on her own again."

What a silly filly!
