The Constitution is dead.  We had a funeral for it and I keep it in a casket in the basement.

Sometimes late at night I find it typing feverishly at some fringe nutter web site that still believes the Constitution is alive and well... it mutters, "brains... I need brains..."
That is really annoying.
  I tell it that all the brains were sucked out of America, before WWI, by the Public School system.  But it always seems to find someone who's going to restore the Constitution by being elected or by writing the perfect position paper or by bringing a law suit.
It's really sad.
  But by morning it's always back in the box.
